The freelance industry needs to professionalize, and standards are the way to do this.
For example, what should we call this space? What should margins be? What should regulation prioritize or avoid? We facilitate and own the foundation for these assets.

We take quantifying the outcomes very seriously, especially with the current business climate we’re all facing.
Annual goals for this cohort:
- Grow each platform by 30%+ revenue or profit.
- Create talent platform partnerships that scale customer accounts to $50m+ a year.
- Build language and standards that establish freelance as a mature industry that companies need to invest in and plan for each quarter (there should be a chief freelance officer, a freelance talent strategy).
- Enable a tight feedback loop with platform peers so we can all adjust and navigate to the global economy.
Members are founders or executives of talent platforms between $1-100m in revenue. Based on prior cohorts, members are fully global, with presence in the US, UK, Germany, France, Poland, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Singapore, and Latin America.
High level shared demographics:
- Each platform is the leader in their niche – skillset, region, industry
- Each platform is complementary to others in the group
- Each founder or executive is an expert in their industry prior to starting their platform
Each member can bring 1 leader with them to events.
